Poetry and Miscellany

  • Poem

    Men say they know many things;
    But lo! they have taken wings—
    The arts and sciences,
    And a thousand appliances;
    The wind that blows
    Is all that any body knows.

    ~ Henry David Thoreau

Ignore the Man Behind the Blog!

Posted by Matthew on March 16, 2007

Yeah, that’s the best post title I could come up with. I admit, I’m a little drained this week. We took a long weekend, and work has been 4 days of insanity. That said, I could read Bob Frost all day long.

Poem: The Oven Bird, by Robert Frost
Thoreau: March 16, 1859
